  The return of the buffalo Villalibre   On January 17 , 2021 , Asier VIllalibre dramatically tied the Final of the Spanish Super Cup 2-2 in the 90th minute causing an extra time that became a 3 - 2 victory of Athletic Bilbao against Barcelona FC . Consequently , the Lions won their first title since 2015 ( another Super Cup ). That epic match seems to be the beginning of a brilliant career and the long -awaited new center forward , that new one that Athletic still needs . However , a poor performance was taking Guernica to the bench . This past January he was changed to Deportivo Alaves   on loan and so that he could see more minutes . The Buffalo as they say to Asier has not wasted time , in his debut match against Eibar in a Basque classic of second scored the two goals of Alaves giving him the victory . And last Sunday he scored again in Alaves ' 4

  El regreso del búfalo Villalibre   El 17 de Enero de 2021 , Asier VIllalibre empataba dramáticamente la Final de la Supercopa de España 2 a 2 en el minuto 90 provocando una prórroga que se convirtió en una vitoria 3 a 2 del Athletic de Bilbao   ante el Barcelona FC. En consecuencia, los leones obtenían su primer titulo desde el 2015 ( otra Supercopa). Ese partido epico pareciera ser el inicio de una brillante carrera y el ansiado nuevo delantero centro, ese nuevo que aun le hace falta al Athletic.   Sin embargo un bajo rendimiento fue llevando al de Guernica a la banca. Este pasado Enero fue cambiado al Deportivo alavés en calidad de préstamo y   de forma de que viera mas minutos. El Búfalo como le dicen a Asier no ha perdido el tiempo, en su partido de debut ante el Éibar en un clásico vasco de segunda anoto los dos goles del Alaves dándole la victoria.   Y el pasado domingo anoto de nuevo en senda victoria del Alaves 4 a 1 al Zaragoza. Enhorabuena este regreso de este gran
